Cranes are the most visible asset in your fleet and the hardest to keep looking sharp. Salt air, rigging wear, hydraulic weep and years of yard storage all take their toll, and once the coating breaks down, corrosion moves fast through boom lacing and chord welds.
We refurbish and repaint crawler cranes, ring cranes, lattice boom and telescopic machines from the tracks up. That means degreasing, full rust removal, weld and pit repair where needed, primer, and a finish coat in your exact company colors — matched to your brand standard so a rebuilt machine drops back into your fleet looking factory fresh.
Over the last seven years we have handled everything from an LR1250 ring crane in South Carolina, to a Liebherr LR 8800 in Rhode Island, to the everyday LR2800 and LR1350 machines that actually pay your bills. Most recently we completed an LR11350 in Dayton, Texas — 120 meters of main boom and luffer sections, start to finish.
