SPMTs and submersible trailers live a hard life. They get submerged, dragged through mud, loaded past every edge and parked outside between moves. The coating is usually the first thing to go, and once it does the deck and axle housings start pitting.
We strip these units down — 4-wheel and 6-wheel axle lines, deck plate, power packs, hydraulic housings and control cabinets — remove the rust and scale, prep every surface, and rebuild the coating system from primer up. Units go back to the yard in your company colors with clean, sharp numbering.
Because the equipment is modular, we can stage the work axle line by axle line so you always have transporters available for the next move instead of losing the whole set to a shop for weeks.
